Starting from 18th February 2022, all in-store services are temporarily unavailable with the exception of online order pick up. The paused services include in-store Sales Service, Sizing and Fitting (fitting rooms) and in-store Return & Exchange.
All online sales services will continue as usual with several minor changes.
For SF express Door to Door delivery service for “Residential Area” will be suspended until further notice and for “Industrial and Commercial Area” will be proceed as usual. If customers have made any delivery order with residential address, please kindly provide the SF Express Service Point (Click here) or Smart Locker code (Click here) for self pick up to our Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
During the new arrangement period, the delivery time will extend from 3-4 working days to 7-10 working days once we receive your shipping details.
For Collect in Lai Chi Kok, customers can ONLY visit our store to pick up their orders in our waiting area. We do not accept any on-site Return & Exchange or Sizing and Fitting.
For safety reasons, we highly encourage customers to choose the Shipping Delivery Option.
