In face of uncertainties in this Covid-19 pandemic, we do our best to safeguard the health and safety of our customers and employees. Our staff has taken extensive precautionary measures and will continue to act in accordance with official advice.

In-Store Services

Starting from 27th July 2020, all in-store services are temporarily unavailable with the exception of online order pick up. The paused services include in-store Sales Service, Sizing and Fitting (fitting rooms) and in-store Return & Exchange. 

Online Services

All online sales services will continue as usual with several minor changes. 

Shipping options: 
For SF express home delivery, the delivery time will extend from 3-4 working days to 7-10 working days.

For Collect in Lai Chi Kok, customers can ONLY visit our store to pick up their orders in our waiting area. We do not accept any on-site Return & Exchange or Sizing and Fitting. 


For safety reasons, we highly encourage customers to choose the Home Delivery Option. 

Update on Return & Exchange Policy

  1. The valid Return & Exchange period for all in-store purchases and online orders placed or received from the 14th July 2020 will extend to 31st August 2020. The dates are subject to change according to the Covid-19 development.  
  2. Under this special circumstance, our company will cover the Return & Exchange shipping fee for online orders placed or received from 14th July. This service will be extended until our store resume normal operation. Return & Exchange is only allowed once per order. 
  3. The free Return & Exchange service is not applicable to in-store purchases. The Return & Exchange process for in-store purchases will only resume when the store re-open. 

Reminder: For customers who have received or placed an order on 13th July 2020, the closing date for Return & Exchange would be on 25th July 2020.
