Return and Exchange Policy

How do I make a Return and Exchange?

Our current Return and Exchange policy validity period is within 14 days of purchase for in-store sales and upon receiving the products for online delivery orders. The below conditions apply to all return and exchange items:

  • We DO NOT provide free return & exchange, our company only cover the cost of delivery fee for defective product or wrong item received
  • For any other type of return & exchange, customers will be responsible for all shipping charges generated from the process 
  • Please ensure the products are in the Original condition (in the Original bag, unworn, unwashed and unused) 
  • Customers must be able to present a receipt or other sufficient proof of purchase
  • A final inspection will be carried out by our customer service team to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your returns 
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost

Is my product qualified for refund or exchange? 

REFUNDS

Schooluniform.hk will only accept product returns and provide refunds or repairs if: 

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; OR
  • An incorrect product is delivered 

EXCHANGE

For Incorrect Size Choice, there will NOT be a refund - only exchange is available. Exchange will be allowed with the condition: 

  • The products are in the original condition  (in the original bag and have not been washed, with original tags)
  • All products are available for exchange (with the exception of socks) 

If the above conditions are met, please fill in the Return and Exchange Form 

FOR ONLINE ORDERS 

What to do if I want to do a size exchange for online orders? 

  1. Fill in the Return and Exchange Form 
  2. Pack the Product and Return and Exchange Form into the Original bag
  3. Post the item with your preferred method of shipment, we advise you to opt for a shipping method that allows tracking. You will be responsible for all shipping charges.   
  4. Once your parcel reaches us, you will be notified by phone or via email to reconfirm exchange details. 
  5. If there are any price differences, our team will inform you of the method for payment or refund. 
  6. When your item is dispatched, you should be receive an email containing tracking information. The item will be delivered to you accordingly.

*Recommended Shipment Method 

You may organise SF Express to arrange a pick-up from a residential address or goods may be dropped off at a near-by SF Express Service Point or Service Center. Exchanges will be processed in 3-4 working days and we will ship out the item by SF Express with shipping costs paid on collection.

What to do when I receive a wrong or defective item for online orders?

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team via phone or email with an attached photo of the item. Our staff will re-confirm with you of the defects or the incorrect item.
  2. Pack the Product into the Original bag
  3. We will then send the corrected time to you with an email continuing tracking details.  
  4. At the same time, our team will arrange a courier to pick up your item. Please prepare and hand over the original bag to the courier. 
  5. If you opt for a refund, our customer service team will contact you after we receive the item and provide a refund in your original method of payment.

FOR IN-STORE ORDERS 

How do I make an in store exchange? 

  1. Fill in the Return and Exchange Form 
  2. Pack the Product and Return and Exchange Form into the Original bag
  3. Visit our retail shop in Lai Chi Kok during opening hours
  • Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm 
  • Saturday 10am - 2pm (By appointment only)
  • Closed on Sunday and public holidays

*All in store purchases must be returned or exchanged in the physical retail store.  

NOTE: The Exchange and Return policy DOES NOT apply to made-to-order garments, sale items and socks. Made-to-order garments, sales items and socks cannot be returned or exchanged.
